Our Investment division acts as the custodian of shareholdings in multiple group corporation. We have also been steadily building our property investment portfolio, both residential and commercial. As of 2021, we own and manage rental properties in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Franchise Operations

We began our franchising operations journey by being one of the first franchisee for Prairie Donair Inc. (PD), a family-owned and operated business providing Canada with a new delicious fast-food option.

The very first Golden Mist owned franchise location opened in Regina, Saskatchewan, in 2018 and since then, we have opened and operated multiple locations across the province. As of 2021, we operate two PD locations at Moose Jaw and Regina after having sold two other locations in Regina. We plan to open at least two more locations in the coming days.

Construction

Our joint venture with Right Call Renovations brings decades of experience and quality workmanship into our construction business. We are into commercial and residential construction and renovation contractor services across Saskatchewan. We follow the design and build model focusing on the customer's requirements within their budgets. Our team of construction and trades professionals uphold only the highest standards of construction. Throughout the construction process, we keep customers informed about the progress, thereby fostering a culture of transparency. As of 2021, we have completed multiple franchise build outs and renovations some of which are showcased in our projects sections.
